The following information applies to deliveries in the United Kingdom (Mainland Only).
Three options are available at the checkout:
Delivery – Your order will be collected by Royal Mail and delivered to your desired postal address.
Click & Collect – Changed your mind about paying for delivery, or are you located near us? Add all your desired products to the basket, at the checkout select click and collect. Once your order has been placed an email will be sent out to confirm your order and shortly after you will receive an email stating your order is ready to collect or you will be contacted by phone.
COST
All delivery charges will be totalled at the checkout, the following prices are quoted for standard delivery (3-5 working days):
Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - from £4.45
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - from £8.05
Click & Collect - Free
If you require your delivery sooner, you can select the 1st Class option at the checkout. This will take 1-2 working days depending on the time the order is placed (All orders placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs, guaranteed delivery for the next day via Royal Mail).
We offer free delivery on all orders over £150.
OUT OF STOCK
Due to high demand, it is possible that a product you have ordered is out of stock. If the availability has not been updated on the website, you will receive an email to confirm if you would like a replacement product or a refund.
COLLECTION
To ensure you can collect the order on the day, orders should be placed by 1pm and collected by 5:00pm. Depending on the time & how busy our team is your order should be ready on the day and approximately 1 hour after placing your order. However, you will be contacted.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Returns & exchanges are not accepted, please refer to damaged items.
If you would like to cancel an order please email us within 2 hours (orders@sunshinesnacks.co.uk) to avoid any disappointments.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Damages can occur rarely, if you receive a damaged item you must notify via email or contact the office within 24hours. You can find our information under ‘contact us’. If you choose to email please attach photographic evidence.
Orders to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or The Channel Islands will be available soon.
