Delivery Policy

Within 3 working days unless otherwise stated on your order confirmation. Where feasible, we will use our own vans or distributors to deliver your goods to minimise delivery costs. Courier costs may apply in certain areas. Email us to receive further information on deliveries.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Confirmation of refund will be given within 5 working days of receipt of cancellation notice or returned goods. No refund will be given unless damaged goods have been returned to the company within a reasonable time. No cancellation refund will be given unless notice of cancellation has been received by post or email. Neither of these policies affect your statutory rights.
